Solar Designer
Leeds Office | Full Time
Who are Zuno?
Zuno is a global platform connecting brands with skilled engineers to power installations in the home.
Our digital platform connects engineers with installation jobs across the UK, with over 15,000 engineers signed up to our network and growing.
We work with some of the biggest names in home energy, including E.ON, EDF Energy, Worcester Bosch and Tesla, helping get their products installed in customers’ homes, from boilers and solar panels to battery storage and EV chargers.
What makes us different? Technology. Think about what Uber did for taxis and Amazon did for retail. Zuno is bringing that same digital-first thinking to home energy, connecting brands, products and engineers through technology to make installations simpler, smarter and more scalable.
The Role
As a Solar Technical Designer, you'll help plan solar and battery storage installations before our engineers arrive at a customer's home.
You'll review property information, check that the right products and materials have been ordered, and make sure engineers have everything they need to complete installations successfully. You'll also help solve technical problems and support engineers when issues arise.
No solar experience or formal qualifications are required, we'll provide training. We're looking for someone who's organised, enjoys problem-solving and is keen to learn about renewable energy.
What You'll Be Doing
Please note, we’re unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role, so candidates must already have the right to work in the UK.
Zuno is the industry-leading platform powering seamless, custom branded installation experiences from start to finish.
