Global Head of Sustainability

Location: Bangkok (Bangna)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s global Sustainability & ESG strategy, including measurable goals, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability regulations and reporting standards (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, IFRS S1/S2, GHG Protocol, EU Green Deal initiatives) and lead ESG reporting, governance, audits, and external assessments.
• Lead the company’s climate and environmental agenda, including decarbonization initiatives, Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions management, energy efficiency, circular economy, and sustainable product strategies.
• Develop and implement sustainable supply chain and responsible sourcing programs, including ESG risk management, supplier engagement, and human rights due diligence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and representing the company in industry initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Corporate Responsibility, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Sustainability, ESG, EHS, Operations, Strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing global sustainability strategies.
• Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability regulations.
• Experience working within multinational organizations and complex global environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
