As we expand our commercial presence in APAC, we are looking for a driven Sales & Growth Associate to support pipeline generation, early-stage deal progression, and commercial execution across Singapore and the surrounding region.


Role Overview

This role focuses primarily on lead generation, qualification, and early pipeline progression, with additional exposure to partnership coordination and marketing-related commercial activities.


You will work closely with a senior commercial lead and play a key role in identifying the right prospects, initiating conversations, and ensuring opportunities progress smoothly. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and learning how B2B growth actually happens in practice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and prioritise target customers across Zevero’s focus industries and markets
  • Proactively source and engage prospects via outbound channels including LinkedIn, email, referrals, and events
  • Develop and iterate on effective prospecting approaches, focusing on where and how to reach the right buyers
  • Lead early-stage outreach and discovery conversations to qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Book meetings and hand over well-qualified opportunities to senior commercial team members, with clear context
  • Contribute accountable pipeline through meetings booked, opportunities created, and early deal progression
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, tracking activity, pipeline status, and next steps
  • Prepare concise briefs, support follow-ups, and coordinate internally to keep opportunities moving
  • Support partner activity and commercial marketing initiatives such as webinars and events, capturing and progressing resulting leads
  • Support APAC go-to-market activity, represent Zevero at selected events, and share insights to improve outreach and conversion


What We’re Looking For

  • Based in Singapore
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a commercial role (SaaS, climate, or B2B a plus)
  • A self starter. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging with prospects and asking structured questions
  • Highly organised, proactive, and reliable
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and adapt quickly
  • Genuine interest in sustainability and the net-zero transition
  • Comfortable with being set and striving to hit targets.
