Prior experience working with such industrial customers is strongly preferred.

Your Mission

 

Take Zerowatt’s Digital Brain to energy-hungry factories across Pune’s industrial belt.

  • Open doors: Leverage your industrial network, visit plants, attend association meets, cluster events, and customer sites
  • Frame the problem: Translate energy data, inefficiencies, and operating patterns into clear ₹ savings and ROI for plant heads, utility managers, and CFOs
  • Win trust: Build strong business cases, align multiple stakeholders, close deals, and stay engaged until savings are realized on the electricity bill
  • Carry the flag: Feed on-ground insights back to product and leadership to accelerate adoption and improve the platform


What You Bring

  • 3–4 years of experience selling B2B technology, engineering solutions, or services to industrial / manufacturing customers
  • A strong technical + sales orientation (engineering, energy, automation, instrumentation, or industrial background preferred)
  • Prior exposure to energy, utilities, maintenance, production, or operations teams inside factories
  • Proven ability to do consultative, on-site selling and manage long-cycle industrial sales
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time across Pune industrial areas
  • High ambition, ownership mindset, and desire to grow with a scaling startup, not just manage accounts
