THE WORK


Industrial deals are not won by sending a good proposal and waiting. They're won when several people inside the customer — each with their own concerns, KPIs and politics — align to say yes. Your job is to make that happen: walk the plant, find every stakeholder, understand what each one needs, arm your champion to fight for you in rooms you'll never enter, and move the account forward week after week until the order lands. You'll own your region's pipeline end to end — from the first gate pass to the purchase order — with the founders working accounts beside you, not above you.


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR


You don't need a climate background or a sales title. Maybe you're an application engineer at an automation or electrical OEM who somehow always ends up running the commercial conversation. Maybe you're an energy auditor tired of writing reports nobody implements. Maybe you're a plant engineer who keeps thinking "I could sell this better than the vendor did." You need to love walking a plant floor, you need the nerve to call someone who has never heard of you, and a 'no' should make you curious, not quiet.

Compensation: ₹9 lakh fixed + deal-linked incentives + early-stage ESOPs. Strong closers will out-earn their fixed pay.
