About Zero Emissions World

We're reimagining how people engage with sustainability. Our transparent crowdfunding platform lets donors track their money in real time and see the exact impact created, wrapped in storytelling and gamification. We run lean, we move fast, and we're backed by pro-bono partnerships with organizations like AWS.

What you'd actually do

As Director, you'll own our growth strategy across the areas below. But here's the important part: owning doesn't mean doing everything yourself. You'll roll up your sleeves where you're strongest, and for the rest you'll recruit volunteers, build AI agents and automations, and set the direction. Nobody is an expert in all of this. Great leaders aren't supposed to be.

• AI-powered business development. Build smart workflows, automations, and agents that help a small team punch far above its weight.
• Strategic partnerships. Open doors to companies, foundations, NGOs, and universities that share our mission.
• SaaS for companies. We offer our platform as a solution for businesses, and this revenue helps cover our administrative costs. Full transparency: it's how we keep donations going to impact, not overhead. You'll help us grow it.
• Fundraising and grants. Find and pursue funding opportunities that keep our projects alive.
• Ambassadors and public figures. Identify and engage voices that can amplify our mission globally.
• Market and strategic research. Map the climate-tech and ESG landscape and turn insight into action.

Stronger in some areas than others? That's expected. Lead from your strengths and build the rest.

Who we're looking for

Business developers, founders, fundraisers, partnership managers, AI enthusiasts, CSR leaders, retired executives, senior advisors. If you've led growth in any of these worlds, you don't need to tick every box. You need the leadership mindset to cover the gaps.
