Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual to join our team at Zeo Energy as a Deal Support Specialist. In this role, you will ensure that all incoming jobs are complete, accurate, and ready to move seamlessly from sales through installation. This position requires proactive problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, sales partners, operations teams, and other stakeholders. The Sales Support Coordinator must exhibit exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering elite levels of customer service within strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review new projects to confirm all required documents, information, and approvals are present before jobs move forward
- Identify missing or incorrect information early and work with sales partners, customers, and internal teams to resolve quickly
- Support sales teams by ensuring proposals, contracts, and related documentation meet company and partner requirements
- Coordinate changes or adjustments to project details (e.g., system modifications, site-specific needs) to maintain accuracy and project flow
- Collaborate with operations and field teams to address and resolve discrepancies, ensuring projects are ready for smooth handoff and execution
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of solar industry, sales support, or project coordination experience
- Proven ability to quickly assess, identify root causes, and address problems with a focus on practical solutions to ensure project success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, operations teams, and sales partners
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
