Role Description

We are seeking a Battery Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM. The Battery Engineer will lead the research and development of cutting-edge battery technologies, focusing on materials optimization, energy storage innovations, and performance testing. Responsibilities will include conducting experiments, analyzing performance data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to innovative solutions that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Batteries and Energy Storage technologies
  • Strong background in Materials Science and Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including hands-on laboratory work and data analysis
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovative design
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Master's or Ph.D. in a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in advanced battery technology or sustainable energy solutions is a plus
