The Role
Zeno is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to ensure high product quality across web, mobile, and API platforms. You will build and maintain automated tests while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on strengthening automation and improving overall release reliability.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile, web and API testing
Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create effective test coverage
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers
Analyze test results and report quality metrics
Participate in code reviews for test automation scripts
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices
What You Bring
Good understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
Experience with API testing (Postman, REST APIs)
Good programming skills in Python
Understanding of test case design and test execution
Familiarity with Git or version control systems
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Nice to Have
Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Gherkin)
SQL knowledge
Exposure to performance or security testing concepts
