3. Investor Relations, Compliance & Action Plans

  • Lead coordination with Yulu’s investors, partners, and board members to fulfil ESG requirements, information requests, and compliance obligations.
  • Own the delivery, tracking, and milestone reporting of agreed-upon investor ESG action plans, corrective action frameworks, and covenants.

4. Reporting, Data Transparency & Dashboards

  • Lead the development and publication of comprehensive annual ESG and sustainability reports aligned with global standards such as GRI, BRSR, and TCFD.
  • Build and maintain real-time or periodic data transparency dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), including carbon emissions avoided, social impact, and safety statistics, for investors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement comprehensive vendor screening, ethical labour audits, and decarbonization pathways across OEMs and component suppliers.
  • Translate complex quantitative impact data into compelling narratives and case studies for external stakeholders, impact investors, marketing channels, and public policy advocacy.
