Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, based in New Delhi. The role involves contacting customers or clients in a professional and polite manner, providing information about company products or services, addressing inquiries, and gathering feedback. The Caller will maintain accurate records of interactions, follow up on inquiries, and effectively communicate customer needs to the appropriate internal teams. Additionally, the Caller will support in building positive relationships with clients through high-quality service and clear communication.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally over the phone.
- Customer service abilities, including listening actively to inquiries and addressing them effectively.
- Attention to detail, documentation, and record-keeping skills for maintaining accurate client interaction logs.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple calls and priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, including CRM systems or spreadsheets, is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or related roles is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in Business, Communication, or related fields is a bonus.
