About the Role:
We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated Door-to-Door Salesperson / Canvasser to join our team. This is a fun, active role where you’ll connect with homeowners and businesses in your community, share the benefits of solar energy, and generate leads that drive growth for our company. What You’ll Do:

• Engage with potential customers by going door-to-door and introducing Ysolarnow’s solar solutions.
• Build trust and create genuine connections with homeowners and businesses.
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and answer their questions with confidence.
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments for our sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and progress.
• Work collaboratively with a motivated, high-energy team to achieve goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• A people person with strong communication skills who enjoys meeting new people.
• Outgoing, energetic, and motivated to succeed in a outdoor sales environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Previous door-to-door, canvassing, or sales experience is a plus (but not required).
• Must have reliable transportation.
