Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote and sell Ye Prayas' sustainability solutions. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you will do
- Drive B2B sales across corporates and institutions
- Sell both sustainability solutions + refurbished IT products
- Build strong client relationships and close high-value deals
- Expand market presence across industries
Who we're looking for
✔ 6–10 years of B2B sales experience
✔ Experience in IT hardware / refurbished products / EPR / waste management (preferred)
✔ Strong network with corporates & procurement teams
✔ Someone who can own revenue and scale a business
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
- Proven ability to create and execute Sales Strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Knowledge of Waste Management and IT products
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze Market Trends and prepare detailed Sales Projections and Reports
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and lead effectively
- Prior experience in the waste management or sustainability sectors is a strong advantage
