As Director of Demand Generation, you will build the function from the ground up and put your imprint on Xpansiv’s growth journey. You’ll develop the strategies, plans, and programs in close collaboration with sales, marketing, and business line colleagues to build a scalable pipeline and revenue engine. Key Responsibilities
· Strategy and Priority Setting: Own the demand strategy, plan, and budget, with responsibility for sourced pipeline targets; your leadership will help drive our efficient growth
· Audience Focus: Partner with sales and business line leaders to continually refine ICP and target personas and prioritize accounts; your insights and collaboration will ensure our programs are on-target and aligned
· Channel Execution: Design and run a multi-channel program portfolio across paid search/social, email, webinars, website optimization, and more; your channel expertise will help us find and capture the most promising opportunities
· Offer Development: Create compelling offers and work with marketing colleagues on assets and landing pages; your understanding of target personas will power content and experiences that drive engagement and conversion
· Analysis and Insight: Perform regular funnel analysis and proactively problem-solve gaps with cross-functional partners; your analytical eye and understanding of the sales cycle will enable you to drive improved performance
· Testing and Learning: Build experimentation muscle that reveals insights about customers and channels; your curiosity and discipline will continually raise our game
Qualifications
· 7-12 years of B2B demand generation experience in high-growth environments, including 4+ years leading demand gen and owning sourced pipeline goals, preferably in multi-product line companies
· Strong experience in at least 2 of the following (with working knowledge in most/all of these): email marketing, SEM, SEO, web optimization, ABM / account-driven GTM, outbound, ecosystem marketing
· Previous experience building net-new programs and hitting targets within 2 quarters
· Strong Salesforce familiarity, preferably including experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
· Use of modern tech including AI tools to execute efficient marketing programs/campaigns

· Demand gen experience beyond North America
