What You’ll Own

• Execution Engine: Partner with the Operations Manager to drive daily production performance and ensure nothing slips between planning and execution
• Flow & Throughput: Take full ownership of workflow and cadence across work cells. Identify bottlenecks, rebalance, and keep production moving
• Lean Transformation: Implement and evolve lean systems (including pull systems) that increase throughput, reduce waste, and create flow
• Factory Schedule: Build and manage a reliable, dynamic production schedule that aligns with real-world constraints and business priorities
• Production Targets: Set the pace of the floor. Align with supervisors on daily/weekly targets and hold the line on execution
• ERP Ownership (Epicor):
• Create and manage work orders with precision
• Ensure accurate labor tracking and hour consumption
• Maintain and update MBOMs and scheduling data in real time
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Be the connective tissue between planning, production, and leadership - no gaps, no surprises
• Floor Presence: Be where the work happens. Solve problems as they occur, not after the fact

Who You Are

• You’ve led in production, scheduling, or manufacturing planning and you know what “good” looks like on the floor
• You don’t wait for direction, you identify problems and fix them
• You understand lean deeply and have applied it in real environments (not just theory)
• You’re comfortable owning both systems (ERP, scheduling) and execution (floor operations)
• You bring intensity, accountability, and a bias for action
• You can operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment without losing control of the details

• Bottlenecks are identified and eliminated before they become problems
• Work flows cleanly across cells with minimal disruption
• ERP data reflects reality. Accurate, timely, and actionable
