Opportunity

This pivotal corporate role will oversee the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of XNRGY’s Business Management System (BMS), which integrates People (roles & responsibilities), Processes, and Systems. Acting as the right hand to the QHSE Sr Manager to continuously improve our Business Management System.


Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager, QHSE, the QHSE Specialist is responsible for deploying, sustaining, and improving the XNRGY Business Management System (BMS). This role is site‑embedded but corporately governed. The QHSE Specialist ensures that local Quality and HSE execution aligns with the global “business recipe” defined at the corporate level, while actively feeding operational insights back to improve processes, tools, and systems across all sites.


The QHSE Specialist does not replace local execution teams. Instead, this role acts as a connector, enabler, and change agent between corporate governance and site‑level realities, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the BMS. Quality and HSE are treated as integrated business processes within the BMS.


Key Responsibilities

BMS Deployment & Governance (Site Level)

  • Deploy and sustain corporate BMS processes, standards, and tools at the site
  • Ensure local practices align with global process definitions and governance rules
  • Act as the site representative for corporate QHSE governance

Quality & HSE Execution Enablement

  • Support local teams in the execution of defined Quality and HSE processes, including:
  • Quality: CAPA, NCRs, control plans, inspections, final acceptance
  • HSE: incident reporting, risk assessments, compliance activities
  • Ensure local deviations, gaps, or inefficiencies are identified, documented, and escalated


Continuous Improvement & Feedback Loop

  • Collect structured feedback from site teams on:
  • Process effectiveness
  • Tool usability
  • Role clarity (R&R)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the BMS in collaboration with:
  • Senior Manager, QHSE – Corporate
  • Quality site team (Manager, QE, Supervisor, Inspectors)
  • HSE site team (Manager, Specialist)
  • Process owners and matrix leaders
  • Participate in cross‑site harmonization and best‑practice sharing

Audits, Performance & Management Systems

  • Main actor for internal and external audits related to Quality and HSE
  • Audit Calendar execution
  • Contribute to:
  • KPI tracking and performance dashboards
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Site inputs for management reviews and governance forums

Training & Change Support

  • Support onboarding and training on BMS processes, tools, and roles
  • Actively support change initiatives such as:
  • System implementations
  • Process redesigns
  • New governance mechanisms


First 12 Months

  • Audit Readiness: Support internal and external audit readiness and execution
  • BMS Stability: Ensure consistent deployment and understanding of the BMS at the assigned site
  • Operational Interface: Establish strong working relationships with site Operations, Quality, and HSE teams
  • Feedback Loop: Contribute tangible, data‑driven input to improve corporate processes and tools

Experience, Performance & Competencies

  • 5–7 years of experience in Quality and/or HSE roles within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Exposure to ISO‑based systems (ISO 9001 required; ISO 14001 / 45001 assets)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial, business, or related field experience
  • Strong understanding of process management, audits, and performance monitoring
  • Familiarity with ERP, PLM, QMS, and reporting tools
