We are thrilled to operate our cutting-edge U.S. Technology headquarters and manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona (opened in 2025), reflecting our rapid growth and commitment to sustainable climate solutions.

As part of our rapid U.S. growth, XNRGY is seeking a highly capable Material Flow Engineer to join us onsite in Mesa, Arizona. Reporting to the Engineering Manager this role will focus on the end-to-end design, optimization, and implementation of internal logistics systems to ensure materials move through our facility with maximum efficiency and zero waste.


An overview of your responsibilities!


  • Develop and execute material flow strategies aligned with business goals and lean principles.
  • Provide technical guidance on layouts, system designs, and warehouse automation.
  • Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives to analyze and redesign end-to-end material flow from order to delivery.
  • Drive the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance material handling capabilities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to optimize replenishment and process flow.
  • Analyze and improve material handling processes using data analytics and simulation tools.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operations across material handling, line stocking, consumptions, and backflush processes.


What you'll need, among other things!


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in material flow, industrial engineering, or manufacturing engineering, preferably in complex, custom, or high-precision environments (e.g., HVAC, automotive, aerospace, or industrial equipment).
  • Strong professional experience with modeling and simulation software such as Autodesk Inventor, FlexSim, or comparable platforms.
  • Advanced technical expertise in Plan for Every Part (PFEP) methodologies, warehouse automation, and discrete-event simulation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects requiring alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and experience using analytics to improve operational performance.
