As we rapidly scale our operations and build our dream team, we're seeking a passionate, results-driven Contract Technical Recruiter with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our talent strategy by attracting and securing top-tier candidates across all levels of the organization. You will work closely with leadership to build something special, ensuring each hire aligns with our culture and technical standards.
While an ideal candidate would be able to work in a hybrid capacity, this role may be performed remotely within the U.S.
An overview of your responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management
- Execute comprehensive full-cycle recruitment processes from initial sourcing through successful candidate onboarding
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies that align with organizational objectives and business priorities
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines, with particular focus on engineering and technical roles
- Proactively identify passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques including social media, industry networks, and professional associations
Strategic Partnership & Consultation
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop detailed target candidate profiles and role specifications
- Design customized assessment frameworks and interview processes tailored to each position's unique requirements
- Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to inform competitive hiring strategies
- Influence hiring decisions through strategic insights, candidate evaluation expertise, and deep understanding of business needs
Candidate Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reinforce XNRGY's brand and values throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations including skills assessment, cultural fit analysis, and reference verification
- Maintain ongoing relationships with high-quality candidates for future opportunities
Data Management & Process Optimization
- Maintain meticulous records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with all documentation requirements
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality indicators
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate satisfaction
- Generate regular reports on pipeline health, hiring progress, and market trends
What you'll need, among other things!
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of corporate recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-paced environments
- Proven expertise in multi-channel sourcing strategies including Boolean search, social recruiting, and passive candidate development
- Strong track record of successfully closing difficult-to-fill technical and engineering positions
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting experience within HVAC, manufacturing, or climate technology industries
- Demonstrated success in recruiting engineering talent, particularly mechanical and electrical engineers
