As part of our rapid U.S. growth, XNRGY is seeking a highly motivated Application Engineering Coordinator to join our on-site team in Mesa, Arizona. Reporting to the Director of Application Engineering (AE), this role ensures smooth internal coordination, timely handling of service, sales, and manufacturing information, and efficient execution of operational tasks. The Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the team and enhancing the overall customer experience through streamlined processes.


An overview of your responsibilities!


  • Administrative Support: Prepare materials, schedules, and logistics for internal meetings, partner reviews, and field service activities.
  • Operational Support: Maintain accurate service documentation, ensuring version control and timely distribution.
  • Coordination with Internal Functions: Facilitate communication and coordination between AE, Sales, Design/Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Financial & Transactional Support: Track purchase orders and follow-up actions, escalating delays or issues as needed.
  • Workforce & Field Service Support: Support Field Service Technicians with travel, documentation, and customer site preparation.
  • Customer Request Support: Record, route, and monitor customer requests (non-technical), ensuring timely closure and visibility.


What you'll need, among other things!


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in administrative, service coordination, customer support, or operations support in a distributed, technical environment.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (work orders, purchase orders, parts, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple functions.
  • Consistently meets deadlines and provides proactive support to leadership.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • French language proficiency is a plus.
