About The Role
As a Product Manager Intern at Tapestry, you will join a 12-week internship program focused on defining and shaping software solutions that support modern grid distribution planning.
During this internship, you will own a clearly scoped product area and contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle. You’ll work closely with engineering, AI/ML, and design partners to translate user needs and market insights into clear product requirements that guide execution.
This role is designed to provide hands-on product management experience while delivering meaningful, real-world impact within a defined internship timeframe.

About The Role

How You Will Make 10X Impact
- Conduct structured market and user research to identify unmet needs and product opportunities
- Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and customer value
- Partner with engineering, AI/ML, and design teams throughout execution
- Support product decisions with clear documentation and data-backed recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into structured outputs
- Interest in technology-driven products, infrastructure, or energy systems
- Energy domain knowledge or experience in distribution power systems.
- Track record of delivering scalable solutions to complex software problems
- Experience in AI/ML product development
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Experience working with enterprise customers
