About The Role
The People Experience and Employee Insights Intern will partner closely with Tapestry’s People team to help design, measure, and scale programs that enhance employee engagement, culture, and feedback. This role blends data analysis, program design, and clear communication to support how we listen to employees, identify trends, and continuously improve the employee experience as the company grows.
This is a full-time, 12-week internship designed to provide meaningful ownership, exposure to cross-functional initiatives, and the opportunity to deliver tangible outcomes that inform People and Talent strategy.

About The Role
The People Experience and Employee Insights Intern will partner closely with Tapestry’s People team to help design, measure, and scale programs that enhance employee engagement, culture, and feedback. How You Will Make 10X Impact
- As a People Experience and Employee Insights Intern, you will:
- Support employee feedback and engagement initiatives by helping design surveys, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and summarize key insights and themes.
- Contribute to the development of culture and experience documentation by capturing programs, rituals, and moments that shape the employee journey.
- Assist with onboarding and lifecycle experience improvements by helping create and refine communication guides, templates, and supporting materials.
- Help develop internal-facing content that supports employee experience, including onboarding resources and People-related documentation.
- Partner with People and Talent stakeholders on cross-functional projects that span employee experience, hiring, onboarding, and workforce insights.
- Support the creation of people and talent insights by organizing data and contributing to reports that highlight trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Comfort working with data and proficiency using tools such as Google Sheets, Slides, and Forms to organize, analyze, and present information.
- Demonstrated interest in employee engagement, people analytics, organizational culture, or workplace experience.
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience designing surveys or working with people- or talent-related data.
- Familiarity with organizational behavior or industrial-organizational psychology concepts.
- An eye for visual storytelling and interest in presenting insights clearly and effectively.
- Interest in contributing to projects that improve onboarding, employee feedback, and workplace experiences at scale.
