About The Role
The Business Operations Intern will partner closely with senior business and operations leadership to support high-impact initiatives across Tapestry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical problem-solving, market research, and translating complex insights into clear recommendations that inform business decisions.
You will work cross-functionally to support commercial strategy, technology partnerships, and market prioritization efforts that shape how Tapestry scales.

About The Role
The Business Operations Intern will partner closely with senior business and operations leadership to support high-impact initiatives across Tapestry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical problem-solving, market research, and translating complex insights into clear recommendations that inform business decisions.
You will work cross-functionally to support commercial strategy, technology partnerships, and market prioritization efforts that shape how Tapestry scales.
How You’ll Make 10x Impact
- Support business analysis and commercial initiatives through structured analysis, synthesis, and cross-functional coordination.
- Own one to two market research projects focused on technology partnerships, market prioritization, and partnership models that advance Tapestry’s commercial strategy.
- Contribute to market research and business model development efforts that inform long-term growth and operating decisions.
- Develop clear, compelling outputs including analyses, summaries, and executive-ready materials that support leadership decision-making.
- Market research and competitive analysis
- Business model evaluation and financial framing
- Partnership strategy and commercialization support
- Executive storytelling and strategic synthesis
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and derive insights from data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis and modeling.
- Comfort using AI productivity tools to support research, synthesis, and efficiency.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on structured storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple work-streams and execute with a high degree of ownership.
- Experience in and understanding of the the energy industry and electricity markets
- Experience with market assessments, financial analysis, or strategy projects.
- Exposure to product, partnerships, or commercialization work.
- Interest in technology-enabled businesses and scaling operations.
- Experience preparing materials for senior or executive audiences.
