Job Description

X-energy is seeking professionals to join our Engineering team in the role of Senior Director, Engineering Strategy and Operations. This position is responsible for partnering closely with the Head of Engineering to shape and drive organizational priorities, increase executional clarity, and enable operational excellence across the Engineering organization. The role involves overseeing the effectiveness and alignment of the Engineering organization. This role requires technical fluency, strong business acumen, and strong communication and leadership skills. The role serves as a force multiplier for Engineering leadership, driving cross-functional alignment, guiding strategic planning processes, and overseeing the execution of high-impact initiatives.
