Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of planned retrofit projects, we are looking to strengthen our existing team with the appointment of an experienced Project Manager based around the Leamington Spa area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading social housing contractor delivering high-profile retrofit and decarbonisation programmes that improve homes, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance communities across the region.

About The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of planned retrofit works across occupied social housing properties. You will manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with operational teams, commercial colleagues, clients, residents, and supply chain partners, you will lead schemes that include:

  • Retrofit and decarbonisation programmes
  • External Wall Insulation (EWI)
  • Energy efficiency improvements
  • Roofing and fabric upgrades
  • Window and door replacements
  • Associated planned maintenance works

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of multiple social housing retrofit projects.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with contractual requirements.
  • Monitor programme performance, costs, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and excellent resident outcomes.
  • Produce project reports and attend client progress meetings.
  • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an established Project Manager with a proven track record within the social housing planned works and retrofit sector.

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience managing social housing planned maintenance projects.
  • Strong background delivering retrofit and decarbonisation schemes.
  • Experience working in occupied residential environments.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
