We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high‑volume recruitment across WPS on a fixed‑term basis. This role is focused on delivery—working closely with hiring managers and the TA Business Partner to ensure vacancies are filled quickly, compliantly and to a high standard.
You’ll manage multiple roles at pace, balancing candidate experience with business priorities and supporting workforce delivery across operational and professional roles.

You’ll manage multiple roles at pace, balancing candidate experience with business priorities and supporting workforce delivery across operational and professional roles.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver end‑to‑end volume recruitment aligned to agreed resourcing plans and priorities
- Manage high vacancy numbers while maintaining quality, pace and compliance
- Partner with hiring managers to support effective recruitment decisions and selection activity
- Execute attraction, sourcing, screening, offer and onboarding activity efficiently
- Work with PSL suppliers where required
- Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience across all recruitment activity
- Track progress against volume hiring targets and contribute to recruitment MI and reporting
- Support TA initiatives focused on continuous improvement, EDI and process efficiency
- Proven experience delivering high‑volume recruitment in an in‑house or agency environment
- Confident managing multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a practical, delivery‑focused mindset
- Comfortable working to targets, SLAs and time‑to‑hire measures
- Good understanding of recruitment compliance, governance and best practice
- Collaborative, resilient and focused on outcomes
