? What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help create a great customer and colleague experience by:
- Encouraging strong communication between clients, office teams and engineers
- Supporting a positive team culture and leading by example
- Keeping customers informed, reassured, and updated throughout your works
You’ll Bring Smart Thinking To Your Day By
- Planning and requesting materials in advance
- Using measuring equipment accurately
- Working from diagrams, sketches, written and verbal instructions
? Qualifications (Essential unless stated)
- NVQ L2/L3 Domestic Plumbing or City & Guilds equivalent
- Level 3 Award: Installation & Maintenance of Heat Pump Systems (C&G, BPEC or LCL)
- Water Regulations
- G3 Unvented Cylinders
- Desirable: Solar RFQ L3, F‑Gas
- Clean driving licence
- Electrical qualifications (17th/18th Edition, control re‑wiring) desirable
- Experience within local authority/social housing environments
- Knowledge of domestic installations and appliances
- Familiarity with PAS 2030 standards
- Technical competence in fault‑finding and rectification
- Good understanding of heating systems and controls (BMS desirable)
- Understanding of H&S and best practice
- Ability to work with domestic & commercial pipework, including press systems
