We are looking for a Key Account Managers for the Polish and German Markets to join an international sustainability and environmental markets organization.


This role offers the opportunity to build long-term commercial relationships while helping companies meet their environmental obligations. The successful candidate will manage the full sales process, negotiate agreements, and contribute directly to the transition towards a more sustainable economy.

What will you do?

  • Develop and manage relationships with companies operating in the Polish market.
  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within environmental and emissions markets.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present environmental assets and solutions that support clients in meeting their environmental obligations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement to negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong, long-term professional and commercial relationships.
  • Work towards clearly defined commercial objectives and contribute to the continued growth of the trading division.
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to organizations navigating the transition towards climate neutrality.


Requirements

  • Native-level Polish OR German.
  • High level of English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective professional and commercial relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset and the ability to work towards ambitious objectives.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and persistent approach.
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload and remain focused on long-term goals.
  • Education in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar commercial role is considered an advantage.
