Service Delivery Officer

Job description
This is a UK based contract and as such, you are required to have the Right to Work in the UK. Evidence of your Right to Work will be checked prior to interview.

If you have solid experience of providing first-class administrative and logistical support within a customer focussed environment, this is a unique opportunity to use your skills to help save our world. Right now, the planet is under threat like never before. But there is hope. At WWF we know the solutions already exist to turn things around for future generations. We are working for a future where people and nature can thrive. You can play your part by joining our award-winning Supporter Operations team as a Service Delivery Officer and help deliver outstanding care to internal stakeholders and our amazing supporters.

As Service Delivery Officer, you will work to ensure that the department runs smoothly. You will enjoy a varied role which will include tasks such as fulfilment and stock administration, supporting our Front of House service by welcoming visitors and handling the inbox plus managing suppliers. This will include keeping in touch with them, processing invoices as well as monitoring and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives. You will also help with basic reporting and assist with the project management of events.

To get involved in saving our planet, you must have extensive administration and logistical support experience. Good at prioritising your day, you will enjoy teamworking and handling multiple projects. A good communicator, you will have an eye for detail and be the sort of person who is happy to use their initiative to get things done. You will also possess strong interpersonal, time management and coordination skills. You will have a flexible attitude and be willing to accept and drive change too.

If you are enthusiastic about making our world a better place through your work, we would love to hear from you. Please visit our website via the link, complete the online registration and submit a copy of your up-to-date CV with the Supporting Statement highlighting what makes you a good fit for us.

Every role at WWF is open to applications from all sections of society. We believe in the potential of everyone regardless of; sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio-economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect that makes you, well you. Here at WWF, we are committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection and shared purpose. We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where people can live in harmony with nature.

Our policies and benefits reflect the importance of people being able to have a good work-life balance and being able to bring their ‘full self’ to work.

Our world needs you like never before. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world and we could be the last that can do anything about it. We are looking for people who are passionate about making it politically, socially and economically unacceptable to destroy our planet’s natural resources. We need you to join us in the fight for our world.
