Senior Supporter Engagement Manager

The Senior Supporter Engagement Manager is Integral to the development and implementation of our supporter journey vision and strategy. In this role you will help deliver ambitious targets for income growth by leading the development and implementation of significant multi-channel campaigns and activities to time, cost and agreed KPI’s.. Responsible for budgeting and planning, you will also monitor and evaluate performance and use key learnings to inform future work. You will oversee key external agency relationships too. Important will be the ability to ensure activities are on brand and comply with all regulatory requirements.

You must have significant experience in individual supporter fundraising through direct marketing techniques, including digital media . This will have given you in-depth knowledge of fundraising regulation including, telephone regulation, PCIDSS, UK Charity Law, Gambling Commission and Data Protection legislation and policy. Used to developing and managing large and complex supporter journeys you will be comfortable managing and allocating resources to achieve objectives. You will have a record of building high performing teams and motivating external service providers too. Comfortable driving innovation in product development, you will possess a strong understanding of data analytics as well as the ability to evaluate

the success of work plans and make recommendations to enhance future performance. In addition, you will have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
