If you thrive on managing innovation cycles and sprints or using innovation to drive income growth this is a fantastic opportunity to use your talents to save our planet. Perhaps you have worked in the charity sector or perhaps not. More important is a desire to stretch yourself and a passion for our world. If that sounds like you, this role as Senior Fundraising Innovation Manager with the world’s leading independent conservation organisation is perfect for you.

As Senior Fundraising Innovation Manager you will use your expertise to develop a portfolio of products to attract, engage, recognise and retain a range of different fundraising audiences. This will involve overseeing regular innovation cycles and sprints to designing new products from inception to implementation. As head of a small and dynamic team, you will create, test and roll out new fundraising products from an innovation pipeline. Driving the development of cutting-edge content, assets and engagement materials, you will encourage the use of new technologies, creative or media too. Our innovation champion, you will also keep abreast of the latest trends in fundraising and direct marketing to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding supporter experiences. Important will be the ability to monitor effectiveness and collaborate with colleagues to interpret supporter data and insight to inform innovation and new product development.

Of graduate calibre, you will have a proven track record in project management and experience of managing innovation cycles and sprints or using innovation to drive income growth. Comfortable leading projects within a complex stakeholder landscape, you will be used to analysing performance data and market trends, interpreting findings and acting on insight gained. You will be used to planning and implementing marketing plans using a variety of marketing techniques and channels too. You will also be familiar with developing and launching new campaigns or products for a target audience.

An excellent communicator, you will also be effective at networking and presenting. A team player, you will enjoy working in a collaborative way, be effective at planning and meeting deadlines and can demonstrate a commitment to the natural world and our core mission.

If you are passionate about making our world a better place through your work, we would love to hear from you. Please visit our website via the link, complete the online registration and submit a copy of your up-to-date CV with the Supporting Statement highlighting what makes you a good fit for us.

Every role at WWF is open to applications from all sections of society. We believe in the potential of everyone regardless of; sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio-economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect that makes you, well you. Here at WWF, we are committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection and shared purpose. We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where people can live in harmony with nature.

Our policies and benefits reflect the importance of people being able to have a good work-life balance and being able to bring their ‘full self’ to work.

Our world needs you like never before. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world and we could be the last that can do anything about it. We are looking for people who are passionate about making it politically, socially and economically unacceptable to destroy our planet’s natural resources. We need you to join us in the fight for our world.
