Senior Digital Analytics Manager

Job description

As Senior Digital Analytics Manager you will lead and manage the delivery of digital analytics across our digital estate as well as support digital data driven decision making. This will involve acting as the main point of contact for digital analytics requests, prioritising requirements, measuring performance and producing reports for stakeholders. You will also support with implementation of tracking on new microsites, manage agencies and partners as well as ensure that processes and governance documents are maintained and updated as needed. You will provide expertise and best practice guidance in all digital analytics tracking and performance reporting and contribute to the future state of our digital analytics too. Important will be the ability to ensure the highest data compliance, quality and integrity in addition to keeping updated on digital analytics developments for the Google suite of products.

A Google analytics superuser, you ideally have worked within a centralised digital analytics function and are used to delivering data-led insights in a range of formats. An expert in Google Data Studio, you will have a clear understanding of digital channels and their contribution to performance and insights. GTM implementation experience and an understanding of events and dataLayers is essential too. Comfortable working with third party partners, you will have sound knowledge of fundraising and direct marketing practices as well as related legislation. Critically, you will know how to use data visualisation to tell a story. GA360/GCP and media platform experience as well as an understanding of relational database structures and reporting would be an advantage.

Good at meeting deadlines, your technical abilities will be complemented by strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills as well as an eye for detail. An effective project manager, you will also excel at problem solving and detailing technical information to non-technical audiences.
