About the Role
We’re excited to be recruiting a Philanthropy Manager to join our Supporter Income and Engagement team at WWF-UK.
We’re excited to be recruiting a Philanthropy Manager to join our Supporter Income and Engagement team at WWF-UK.
In this role, you’ll build and nurture long-term relationships with philanthropic donors, including trusts, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, lead on donor engagement activities, and collaborate across teams to maximise funding opportunities that support WWF’s mission to restore nature and tackle climate change.
Minimum Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a donor or customer-facing role, ideally within a large, complex, multinational NGO or private sector organisation, with exposure to philanthropy fundraising / sales or client relationship management
- Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio whether of trusts, foundations, individual donors, or clients with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding income or revenue targets.
- Exceptional project management abilities, with the drive and resilience to pursue new business opportunities and see initiatives through to completion.
