It is not every day you get the chance to use your numeracy and admin skills to help save the world. But that is exactly what you could be doing as an Administrator in the Supporter Acquisition Team at WWF UK, the world’s leading independent conservation organisation.

Why not join us and play your part by managing and executing the financial processes in one of our busiest teams, Supporter Acquisition. Using multiple internal systems, you will e nsure that financial records are up to date as well as provide general support for our Legacy Events and Community Fundraising teams. This will involve compiling results for regular KPI and monthly and annual financial reporting. You will raise PO’s, manage invoices and produce credits notes for the department too. Whether managing domain renewals or checking contract deadlines and raising waivers, you will be an important member of the team.
To get involved in saving our planet, you must have extensive administration experience and be highly numerate. Comfortable using relevant in-house/custom systems or databases, you will enjoy teamworking and will have a flexible attitude. A good communicator you will have an eye for detail and be the sort of person who is happy to use their initiative to get things done. You will also possess strong coordination skills. Good Excel skills are a must too.
If you want to use your admin experience to save our planet, we would love to hear from you. Please click on the link and apply via our website by submitting a copy of your up-to-date CV and Supporting Statement to highlight what makes you a good fit for us.

Here at WWF, we are committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection and shared purpose. We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where people can live in harmony with nature.

Our world needs you like never before. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world and we could be the last that can do anything about it. We are looking for people who are passionate about making it politically, socially and economically unacceptable to destroy our planet’s natural resources. We need you to join us in the fight for our world.
