Major functions
We are looking for an enthusiastic Supporter Relations Executive to raise funds and address our supporters’ concerns and needs in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential supporters to contribute to WWF-Singapore’s cause. A successful Supporter Relations Executive must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the supporters’ requirements and interests. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with objection handling. The goal is to promote WWF-Singapore’s growth by helping the organization to raise more funds and by providing excellent service to our existing pool of donors and supporters. You will be part of a fast-expanding and cross-functional team based in Singapore, one of WWF’s global hubs. Major duties & responsibilities
  • Contact existing, potential and lapsed supporters via phone to effectively communicate
campaign details and influence donors to pledge support for WWF-Singapore’s campaigns efforts
  • Create awareness and interest in WWF’s conservation efforts and be the voice of WWF to people
interested in environment and wildlife protection
  • Ensure that all data is handled with sensitivity and in accordance with Data Protection legislation
and good practices
  • Provide excellent supporter service and ensure supporter/donor satisfaction
  • Be well-versed with WWF’s objectives for awareness and education to the prospective donors
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all contacts ensuring high and positive brand awareness
  • Attend regular training and contribute to discussions for improvement
  • Ensure relevant feedback and/or complaints are recorded and feedback to supervisor Manager to
ensure that these are dealt with and relayed back to the wider organisation

Required qualifications
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level; fresh pass outs are welcome to apply
  • Excellent spoken English and fluency in another language, such as Tamil, Malay or Mandarin, is
highly desirable
  • Experience in sales, telesales or customer service will be an added advantage
  • Good conversation skills and ability to connect with and influence people at all levels
  • Experience using call centre softwares, such as ContactSpace, will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated with a high focus on performance and desire to exceed targets
  • Passionate about conservation will be an added advantage
  • Continuous learner who is open to feedback and coaching
  • Strong team player
