Job description

The public are our lifeblood and as Legacy and In Memory Campaigns Manager we will look to you to deliver marketing activity that actively engages supporters with our Legacy and In Memory message. This part of the role will lead on the In Memory activity, delivering projects as part of the In Memory programme. This will involve project managing marketing activities, such as direct mail, telephone and advertising campaigns as well as social/digital activity and events. This will involve organising content, gaining approvals, , communications with supporters, making certain activities are compliant and ensuring brand integrity. You will also collaborate with your jobshare partner to foster a good working relationship, ensuring effective communication and regular reporting. You will maintain key external agency relationships to guarantee we continue to receive excellent service with good value for money too. Important will be the ability to monitor and analyse effectiveness to deliver insight that you can use to improve future campaign performance.

For this exciting role, you must have significant experience in in memory fundraising and or Legacy Marketing as well as an in-depth understanding of marketing techniques. You will have sound knowledge of digital media and using digital channels as well as of fundraising regulation including telephone regulation, PCIDSS, UK Charity Law, Gambling Commission and Data Protection legislation and policy. Good at project managing and allocating resources, you will excel at controlling budgets and meeting deadlines. An excellent communicator, you will be effective at building relationships and managing supplier partners too. You will also be used to supporting and coaching team members.
