1 . Scope of work
WWF requests support in translating a series of e-learning courses designed in Articulate Rise 360 from English into Spanish. This document outlines the details of the scope of work for this project.
Courses
WWF would like to translate the following courses. The courses are arranged in order of priority, and the ultimate decision around which courses will be translated at this time will depend on the proposed cost of translation (i.e. if the selected quote enables the translation of all of the below courses, or only a subset of courses)
Process
WWF expects the contracted vendor to conduct translation via a two-step process, as follows:
2. Final output
The final product provided to WWF should be a fully translated, editable Articulate Rise 360 working file (one for each translated course).
3. Translator profile
The selected vendor should have familiarity with subject matter in the field of both sustainability/environmental conservation and finance. Ideally the selected vendor will have specific experience conducting translation related to sustainable finance. Please provide a short list of relevant projects to demonstrate your familiarity with this subject matter and the associated terminology. (Note: WWF will provide a brief glossary for key terms)
The selected vendor should also have familiar with e-learning software and file types (ideally Articulate Rise 360 and XILFF files) or similar such software and file types.
