Provides technical support and troubleshoots cloud systems and services. Provides tier 3 support for cloud services.
Implements and maintains secure Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Documents all cloud security systems, operating systems, and mission critical applications under the responsibility of Information Security. Document all proposed changes in the CM system and record appropriate migration and rollback steps, test approvals and system outages (planned and unscheduled).
Maintains a cloud security strategy to reduce the risk of a security breach. Manages security technology on server operating systems, firewalls, switches, routers, and email systems. Implements changes (in accordance with change management procedures) as requested by the CISO.
Migrate, implement, and manage domain control systems (Active Directory)
Supports Office365 security features and rules.
Coordinates and maintains Disaster Recovery and Backup procedures to insure recovery of all identified systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience is required. 10 years of experience in Cloud, Network or Security Engineering can be substituted for a degree.
Requires six years of related experience supporting computer networks. In depth experience supporting the following technologies: internetworking equipment (switches, routers), SIEM, virtual environment (VMWare), remote access technologies, firewalls, backups, and disaster recovery. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD and Office365

Strong organizational, documentation, project management skills including development of detailed project plans.
Strategic and business skills along with strong technical skills.
Well-developed methodologies for troubleshooting technical problems.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
International travel may be required.
