Principal Functions and Purpose of the position:
This post provides account servicing support to corporate partnerships with WWF to implement effective collaboration on conservation and education projects and develop new areas of cooperation. The post involves proactively seeking corporate support to WWF Mission with our acquisition and account servicing team. Through engaging and developing your own account list of corporate partners, WWF can assist corporations to become more sustainable and deliver common shared value programmes within the community.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Undertake prospecting, acquisition and retention activities designed to acquire and retain corporate donors who will support WWF’s conservation objectives and donate funds to meet our goals;

Design and implement corporate engagement programmes for corporate donors

Market WWF as a conservation partner to private sector and engage them to join WWF’s conservation programme;

Manage the corporate membership database, record campaign response and member updates, report on progress and assist in the preparation of presentation and campaign analysis;

Undertake drafting and production of presentation materials and collaterals to potential and existing corporate donors;

Provide assistance and support to other Fundraising team’s planning and activities as requested;

Support the development and management of the corporate records within Raiser’s Edge;

Carry out any other duties assigned to you

Required Functional Skills:
Preferably Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline

At least 4 years relevant working experience, preferably in B2B marketing, sales, corporate account servicing, corporate relations and /or fundraising

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills

Required Behavioural Skills:
Proactive with a can-do attitude

A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and keen interest in corporates common shared values, sustainability and community action in environmental protection

The position requires a highly motivated individual with initiative and we offer opportunities for fast track career advancement as we expand the team. The position requires working some irregular hours and weekends on activities with corporate partners

Working Location: Kwai Hing.
