WWF-HK is looking for Assistant Manager/Manager in our Communications team, reporting to Head, Communications who will be working together with team members of Communications and be responsible for the creation and delivery of content for social media and other communication channels.


Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create, edit and manage content for corporate literature in various communication channels, including social media, website, press releases, e-newsletter and corporate publications
  • Conduct copywriting and translation duties
  • Work with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity
  • Provide support in press enquiry and events
  • Be assigned to any other duties or ad hoc project as required related to Communication team for WWF development

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 4-6 years’ relevant experience in public affairs, corporate communications, or media relations
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Internet savvy, with experience in social media and content creation
  • Experience in Public & media relations and journalistic field will be a plus
  • Experience in using Mailchimp/Digital Marketing tools and Graphic software such as photoshop/adobe suite will be an advantage

Required Behavioural Skills

  • Good team player with strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, detail-oriented and have a great sense of responsibility
  • Can work well under pressure
