Service provider for trail marathon event in Bach Ma National Park

WWF-Viet Nam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation would like to invite Bidders who are interested in our bidding package: “Recruiting a service provider for trail marathon event in Bach Ma National Park".

Details of submission:

1. For the online submission:

Submission must include 02 separated files: Technical proposal and Financial proposal. Financial proposal will be protected by password. Please send the application to WWF-Viet Nam’s designated mailbox at procurement@wwf.org.vn . Your e-mail must have the subject heading as “Ref FY23-0706 BCA-HST-[Bidder’s name]- Recruiting a service provider for trail marathon event in Bach Ma National Park”

The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

2. For the offline submission:

Bidders may also submit their application directly to the address of WWF-Vietnam. The documents shall be submitted in two separated sealed envelopes, the outside of which should be clearly marked: “HST [Technical proposal/ Financial proposal]-[Bidder’s name]-FY23-0706 BCA “Recruiting a service provider for trail marathon event in Bach Ma National Park”- DO NOT OPEN BEFORE DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION”.

Add: No.6, Lane 18, Nguyen Co Thach, Cau Dien Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.

Note: Bidders choose one of two methods of submitting Proposal. WWF-Vietnam encourages Bidders to submit their Proposal via email to reduce the use of paper-based products.

Deadline for submission: on or before 17:00, December 08th, 2022 (Hanoi time – ICT).
