Role Requirements
As a Decarbonization Analyst, you’ll work hands-on with fashion brands to reduce their environmental impact and help shape what decarbonization at scale looks like for the industry. You’ll be the main point of contact for assigned accounts from onboarding through long-term success, partnering closely with Data, Engineering, and Product to solve customer challenges and build scalable solutions.
The role combines customer ownership, analytical work, and process improvement. Success means guiding customers with data-driven insights, keeping work organized and stakeholders aligned, and helping improve both customer outcomes and internal processes.

- 1-3 years of professional experience (Must-have)
- B2B customer-facing experience with multiple stakeholders (Must-have)

- data analysis experience (Must-have)
- ability to perform QA on customer datasets (Must-have)
- generate reports and track KPIs (Must-have)
- knowledge of decarbonization, sustainability, or climate topics (Must-have)
- grasp new concepts quickly (Must-have)
- passionate about teaching others (Must-have)
- high proficiency in English (Must-have)
- comfortable managing priorities and timelines with rigor (Must-have)
