Position: Sustainability & Partner Success Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Sustainability & Partner Success Specialist to drive our sustainability initiatives, build meaningful relationships with global eco-conscious partners, and ensure their long-term success on our platform.


Key Responsibilities 

Partner Onboarding & Growth: Identify, recruit, and onboard eco-friendly travel providers, Accommodations, Activities, Airport Transfer and tour operators onto the Wookco platform.

  • Sustainability Integration: Guide partners through our impact-linked models and certification standards to ensure alignment with our core mission of regenerative tourism.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships to drive mutual growth and high satisfaction (Partner Success).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, tech, and marketing teams to streamline booking integrations, promote partner campaigns, and troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Impact Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, evaluate, and report on partner performance, sustainability metrics, and booking outcomes to continuously optimize our ecosystem.


Qualifications 

  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Partner/Account Management, Sustainable Tourism, or related fields.
  • Deep passion and fundamental understanding of sustainable tourism, eco-friendly initiatives, or environmental impact models.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (Fluent in Thai and English; additional languages are a plus).
  • Proactive problem-solver with a startup mindset—adaptable, resourceful, and eager to grow with an international platform.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms.
