THE ROLE
The role is responsible for helping to staff the visitor centre on a rota basis; providing an important meet & greet function to visitors as well as signposting, dealing with enquiries, recruiting members and undertaking retail transactions. The role will lead on the marketing and communications aspects of the Hainault Forest visitor experience, ensuring that visitors have a high quality experience while here, and also raising the profile of the forest in the local community and beyond.

THE CANDIDATE
You’ll need to be a confident communicator to take on this role, and know how different marketing strategies can be used and tailored to reach different audiences. You’ll be able to deliver excellent customer care, be comfortable talking to all kinds of people and have a flexible, creative approach.
