An exciting opportunity to use communications and marketing to inspire and deliver impactful partnerships between businesses and the UK's largest woodland conservation charity. As Lead Marketing and Communications Manager for Partnerships, the role will provide strategic direction for marketing and communications with businesses such as Lloyds Banking Group, Sainsbury's, OVO energy as well as planning campaigns to secure new multi-million partnerships that pack a punch for trees and woods and the people and wildlife that rely upon them. The successful candidate will work alongside relationship account managers, and in house creative and content delivery teams as well as line manage the Marketing Communications Manager, ensuring all activity is measurable and delivers to a high standard.
This is a Hybrid working role, where you’ll work part of your time at home and part of the time from our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Our Hybrid Working Policy is flexible, and the frequency of time spent in your contracted office will vary across teams and job roles.

You’ll be a Strategic thinker, with the experience of delivering key outcomes for a large organisation. With experience of line management and stakeholder management your relationship building skills will be outstanding. You will have previous experience in a similar role and be keen to collaborate with various team members to ensure the successful development of key partnerships for the trust.
