We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent to help us build the next generation of eVTOL aircraft. You will partner with our engineering leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to identify and engage with exceptional candidates. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the aerospace, automotive, or high-tech industries with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is a hybrid work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our HQ 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days.
What you will do:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of hardware and software technical roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define job requirements, develop compelling job descriptions, and create effective interview processes.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, professional organizations, and specialized job boards.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Act as a brand ambassador for Wisk, effectively communicating our mission, values, and a compelling employee value proposition to potential candidates.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in Workday, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay informed on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the eVTOL, aerospace, and high-tech sectors.
Requirements/ What you have done:
Bachelors degree and 5 + years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruitment and highly technical roles
You have worked in automotive, aerospace, or a high-tech industry.
You have hands-on experience successfully managing the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles.
You have experience working in and using Workday as the ATS.
Have a proven track record of managing the full-cycle recruitment process bringing in talented employees who are great culture fits
Previous experience working at a startup or a company in a high-growth phase is preferred

Pay range the company expects to pay: $123,570 - $145,376 per year - The starting base salary within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.
