  • Advance your knowledge of
energy storage and power systems through hands-on experience.

  • Work directly with Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians on the floor to understand problems firsthand and deploy solutions quickly.

  • Work with Manufacturing Engineers and product groups on developing a roadmap for future production automation.

What you have done:

  • B.S. in a relevant engineering discipline with
4+ years of experience in design, process development, or manufacturing.

  • Demonstrated understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals: electronics, high-voltage systems, and power distribution.

  • Experience with PCBA, IPC and electrical manufacturing processes.

  • Strong communication skills, able to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.

  • Electrical design and/or manufacturing experience that includes the use of and interpretation of engineering design drawings.

  • Familiarity with engineering CAD tools (NX, Catia, Solidworks, Altium), PLM (Teamcenter), and model-based product definition.

  • Ability to work with your hands to build prototype and production-level tooling and equipment while maintaining shop safety standards and best practices.

Desired:

  • Understanding and implementation of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (ASME Y14.5).

  • Familiarity with Siemens tools (NX, TeamCenter, EasyPlan, Opscenter, etc.).

  • Experience working on certified aircraft and in a regulated environment (e.g., AS9100, FAA Part 23/25).

  • Automation design experience at the sub-assembly level.

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six-Sigma principles.

  • Familiar with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Who you are:

  • You are a highly motivated, self-starting individual with a broad set of skills and are never afraid of facing complex technical challenges.

  • You are a solution-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset.

  • You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communications to suit the audience.
