We are looking for a Program Manager to be part of the Program Management Office (PMO) to lead several simultaneous efforts to develop, deploy, and maintain processes and tools aimed at supporting the management of our company programs. Communicate and train key stakeholders on new methodologies and tools
Design, build, and maintain Mendix applications that provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders by integrating data from a variety of existing tools
Define the requirements and implement basic integrations (collaborating with IT when needed) between platforms to enhance PMO-supported programs' capabilities and efficiency. Typically these integrations will focus on JIRA, Confluence, Google Suite, Planisware. These may rely on the configuration of “no code” integrations when needed/applicable.
Architect and implement solutions using Google Cloud AI services, including integrating with Gemini to enhance program management tools and data analysis.
Offer expert guidance to teams, stakeholders, and leaders to ensure streamlined program execution, monitoring, and control.
Provide additional support in other program management areas as needed for program success
Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools to continuously evolve the company's program management capabilities.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to optimize program execution, reporting, and management.
Ability to deliver in a dynamic environment and adjust to evolving requirements
Comfortable navigating between the “big picture” and the details of a project to ensure full alignment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner
Experience in producing insightful project and team dashboards using tools like Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Mendix
Experience with simple scripting (e.g., Javascript, Groovy) and/or no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, Power Automate) to automate tasks and build solutions.
