Regional Head of Servitization & Service Business Development (w/m/d)

Then, as Regional Director Servitization & Service Business Development, you can play a decisive role in shaping the future of our service business in Europe.
Your Tasks
Driving the servitization strategy: You translate the European servitization strategy into concrete, actionable business plans with clear KPIs and financial targets, ensuring they are aligned with the Group Service Strategy and the regional Business Development agenda – always with the goal of positioning our solutions in an even more value-oriented way across the entire lifecycle.
Scaling the service business: You drive the sustainable growth of recurring revenues, service EBIT and lifecycle business shares in all European subsidiaries, anchoring service- and solution-oriented business models as an integral part of our regional sales strategy.
Managing profitability & portfolio: You optimize the profitability of the service business through professional pricing governance, cost transparency and clear portfolio prioritization, thereby creating the basis for a strong and future-proof service offering around our pump solutions.
Building structures & excellence: You are responsible for setting up and further developing a standardized, scalable service excellence framework, including harmonized processes, tools and reporting structures – ensuring that the performance, quality and efficiency of our services remain transparent and comparable across Europe.
Shaping collaboration & culture: In close cooperation with Sales, Service, Digital and Product Management, you strengthen capabilities in Level 3 support and complex solution selling, advise regional management on investment and lifecycle topics and promote a culture in which customer value, lifecycle results and innovative services are at the center.
Your Profile
Strategic service background: You hold a degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable field, ideally complemented by an MBA, and you have many years of experience in the service business, business development or strategic leadership roles in an international industrial or technology environment.
Experience in transformation: You have a proven track record of guiding organizations from product-centric to service- and solution-oriented business models and you know how to embed servitization approaches in an economically viable and scalable way – ideally also in the context of innovation topics such as energy, water or digital services.
Leadership & impact in networks: You are accustomed to leading and inspiring regional or cross-country teams (directly or in a matrix), taking responsibility for significant business volumes and achieving sustainable growth – not through rigid hierarchies, but through influence, clarity and a shared vision.
Financial steering strength: You possess strong financial acumen, are familiar with P&L responsibility, cost optimization and profitability management from practical experience, and can structure business cases for service and lifecycle initiatives so that they are strategically compelling and economically sound.
Communication in international structures: You navigate confidently within complex matrix organizations, win over diverse stakeholders for common goals and communicate convincingly at eye level – you are business-fluent in English and speak German fluently; additional European languages are a plus in our international environment.
