As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for...
- Building and sustaining trusted customer relationships by identifying customer needs and delivering value-based solutions.
- Managing opportunities and pipeline with discipline, including qualification, progression, forecasting, and following-through to achieve revenue targets.
- Applying consultative selling techniques to align customer requirements with company products and solutions.
- Building credibility with customers by sharing technical, product, and market knowledge throughout the sales process.
- Communicating clearly and persuasively through customer discussions, proposals, and presentations.
- Using CRM and sales tools consistently to maintain accurate account, pipeline, and forecast information.
What you already have...
- Five (5) or more years of experience in B2B or technical sales roles, specifically in the HVAC/R industry
- Consultative selling and opportunity management skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Disciplined use of CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasts, and account activity.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment (Australia) – sponsorship will not be provided.
