As a General Accounting Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for...


  • Supervising the general accounting team with 2-7 direct reports, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive performance and professional development.
  • Overseeing daily financial data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Preparing and post journal entries and managing general ledger account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
  • Leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring all financial activities are accurately captured.
  • Preparing detailed financial data for management review and facilitate necessary adjustments.
  • Analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts, providing insightful variance analysis and reports that deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Reviewing and presenting financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data and streamline reporting processes.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the general accounting function, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals and risk management strategies.
  • Developing ad-hoc reports and support special projects, such as financial data analysis and process improvements.


What you already have...


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience with general accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Able to take initiative while fostering a cooperative work environment.
